Acting on behalf of the NHLPA, HPM was one of the program architects and engineered the relationship between the Player’s Association and Allstate Canada.

The company’s management of the program included content development, event management, marketing strategy, advertising, personality management, website development, game operations and media relations.

The All-Canadians program was designed for the players of today to nurture the development and nurture the development of the players of tomorrow.

The grass roots element of the program was delivered by way of a dedicated website with video and written blog content provided by dozens of players.  The key content areas were skills, mental preparation, physical fitness, nutrition and fun.

NHLPA - Ekblad
The All-Canadians Mentorship Camp was highlighted each year by a Red/White game that was carried live on TSN.  The first game included an impressive roster of talent who have gone on to become NHL first round draft picks including:

Aaron Ekblad – Florida Panthers (1st pick overall)

Michael Dal Colle – NY Islanders (5th pick overall)

Jake Virtanen – Calgary Flames (6th pick overall)

Widely known as the guru of NHL player training, Gary Roberts developed the fitness content for the All-Canadians website.  Gary also acted as the Camp Director for the All-Canadians Mentorship Camp in Toronto that brought together the 42 best bantam-age players in the country for 4 days of intensive on-ice and off-ice instruction.
